We are a medical aesthetic and medical tourism consulting agency based in Korea. Our services include:

Providing information and recommendations on Korean partner hospitals and doctors;
Assisting with surgery reservations and travel arrangements;
Offering medical consultation, translation, hospital accompaniment, and post-operative follow-up;
Providing basic informational references on aesthetic procedures.

All content on this website is for reference only and does not constitute medical advice or final commitment. All medical decisions must be made by you in consultation with a licensed physician during an in-person consultation.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Booking Process: We will match you with suitable hospitals and doctors and assist in completing your reservation. Final confirmation is subject to the official notice issued by the hospital.
Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us and the partner hospital at least [7 business days] in advance. Cancellations within the specified period may incur fees as per the hospital’s policy.
Late Arrival or No-Show: Please arrive at the hospital on time on the day of surgery. Late arrival may result in rescheduling or cancellation of the procedure, and additional fees may apply.

4. Fees and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are estimates only; final costs are subject to the official quotation from the hospital.
We may charge a consultation fee for our advisory services, which will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before service delivery.
All payments are made directly between you and the partner hospital, or through our authorized collection and payment services on your behalf. We do not charge any undisclosed fees.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds for surgery fees are subject to the refund policy of the partner hospital. We will assist you in communicating with the hospital but do not assume liability for refund-related disputes.
If surgery cannot proceed due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, regulatory changes), we will assist in coordinating rescheduling or refunds with the hospital, but do not guarantee outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, designs, code, etc.) is the intellectual property of Korea Glow or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, rent, sell, or otherwise use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

When using this website, you must not:

Post any unlawful, false, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or infringing content;
